If you become aware of an issue, before taking any action, pause for a moment, take a deep breath, and stay calm. A calm space needs to be provided before discussing sensitive and vulnerable issues.

If a threat has been confirmed, share your concerns with a trusted person or contact the NSPCC helpline at 0808 800 5000 for professional guidance. If you suspect sexual abuse, report it to CEOP or local police. For immediate danger, call 999.
