Natalie Weller
Having started a performing arts studio 15 years ago, Natalie Weller fell into the opportunity to work with at-risk and disadvantaged young people in 2013. This work progressed rapidly and now she works with up to 20 young people at a time, supporting those who are seen as hard-to-reach, display challenging behaviours, and/or have been victims of abuse, exploitation and trauma.
Those young people come to Impact SFPA having faced more than anyone should be subject too. They grow up through the studio, where they can access performing arts, sports, fitness training, one-to-one therapy and group support. They leave ready to face the world in a better place
An app such as this is very close to my heart and to what I do. It is something that will greatly benefit many, including the young people I work with.
